Sustainability Report

Our reporting model has evolved this year under the perspective of the triple results account – the economic, environmental and social dimension. With the new scheme, in the Corporate Sustainability Report for 2011 we have responded integrally to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index or DJSI and to the indicators included in the GRI A+ guide. Furthermore, we have included our progress in relation to the World Pact Principles in the document.

Just as in previous years, our report has been verified externally using AA1000 criteria, in accordance with the principles of materiality, relevance and exhaustiveness.

Apart from drawing up a global report, at Telefónica we publish annual reports in 17 countries following this same pattern.
